  For those lovers of Bacolod Chicken Inasal and lovers of salad, there’s a wonderful way of combining them! Isn’t that great news? Yesterday I did my own version and I am so happy with the outcome so I’m sharing it with you.  As to the exact measurement of each ingredient, just do some trial because I’m really not the type that goes with measuring how many tablespoons or the like.
