Bacolod Chicken Inasal Salad

For those lovers of Bacolod Chicken Inasal and lovers of salad, there’s a wonderful way of combining them! Isn’t that great news? Yesterday I did my own version and I am so happy with the outcome so I’m sharing it with you. As to the exact measurement of each ingredient, just do some trial because I’m really not the type that goes with measuring how many tablespoons or the like. I just mix, taste and if it tastes good, end of story
So ENJOY!!!
BACOLOD CHICKEN INASAL SALAD
Bacolod Chicken Inasal cut into smaller pieces
Tomatoes diced
Grated Cheese
Cucumber diced
Grated Carrots
Thinly chopped lettuce
Italian Seasoning
White Pepper to taste
Kernel Corn
Siomai / Molo wrapper fried and cut into smaller pieces (if you don’t like to fry, you can use Doritos or Nova)
Salad Dressing (use Ranch or any salad dressing available)
Just mix all the ingredients and top with dressing…
So easy and simple huh?! No sweat… But you just have to make sure you eat it immediately because as you know, those vegetables won’t taste good if kept too long.
If you did your own version or planning to do your own, do let me know… it would be nice to hear from you… My sister in-law Sigrid actually said it tasted like Chicken Shawarma with the Ranch dressing ;D
