SHE WRITES: Almost a month ago the Negros Bloggers had our first blogger’s meet up at the Bacolod Casino Filipino  with Janette Toral as our speaker. It was a night of food, fun and friendship. It was also my first time to get inside the casino. Yes, at my age, it was my first time! All the participants were given the P300 double the money certificate and I was one of the lucky ones who got the P500 1st bet certificate during the raffle. Using those 2 certificates from PAGCOR, my friends and I decided to go inside and place bets, anyway we didn’t need to put in cash. So we went inside and tried our “luck”.  To my amazement, I WON!!!
